All services are provided by licensed dental professionals in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations and professional standards.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointment Booking

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person
  • Online bookings are subject to confirmation by our staff
  • You will receive a confirmation notification (email/SMS) once your appointment is confirmed
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete necessary paperwork

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee
  • Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future appointments

Clinic Cancellations

In rare cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (emergencies, equipment issues, etc.). We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative time.

Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

  • •Provide Accurate Information: Disclose complete and accurate medical history, including allergies, medications, and pre-existing conditions
  • •Inform of Changes: Update us immediately of any changes to your health status, contact information, or insurance coverage
  • •Follow Instructions: Adhere to pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by your dentist

  • •Attend Follow-ups: Attend scheduled follow-up appointments and recommended check-ups
  • •Respectful Behavior: Treat our staff and other patients with courtesy and respect

Payment and Billing

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers
  • Treatment estimates are provided in advance for major procedures
  • Actual costs may vary based on treatment complexity and unforeseen circumstances

Online Payment Processing (Razorpay)

We use Razorpay Payments Private Limited as our payment gateway for processing online payments. By making a payment through our website:

  • You agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Your payment information is processed securely by Razorpay (we do not store card details)
  • Payment confirmation will be sent via email and SMS upon successful transaction
  • All payments are subject to verification and approval by Razorpay
  • Failed transactions may take 5-7 business days for refund to your account
  • For payment disputes, you may contact Razorpay customer support

Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund policy:

  • Appointment booking fees are non-refundable unless cancelled 24 hours in advance
  • Treatment payments may be eligible for partial refund if services are cancelled before commencement
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our front desk

Insurance

If you have dental insurance:

  • You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage and benefits
  • We will assist with insurance claims, but coverage is not guaranteed
  • You are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance
  • Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service

Payment Plans

We offer flexible payment plans for extensive treatments. Please discuss options with our front desk staff before treatment begins.

WhatsApp Business Communications

We use WhatsApp Business API to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates about your dental care.

Consent and Opt-In

  • By providing your phone number when booking an appointment, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages from us
  • Messages will only contain transactional information (appointment confirmations, reminders, treatment updates)
  • We will not send marketing or promotional content without your explicit consent
  • You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly

Types of Messages

  • Appointment Confirmations: Sent immediately after booking
  • Appointment Reminders: Sent 24 hours before your appointment
  • Treatment Updates: Information about prescriptions and follow-up care
  • Service Messages: Changes to appointment times or clinic hours

Message Content and Privacy

  • Messages will not contain sensitive medical information or diagnosis details
  • Your WhatsApp number and message history are securely stored and not shared with third parties
  • Messages are sent through WhatsApp's encrypted platform
  • We comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable data protection laws

WhatsApp Availability:

WhatsApp messages are sent using Gupshup WhatsApp Business API. Message delivery depends on your WhatsApp account status and network connectivity. We are not responsible for messages not delivered due to technical issues with WhatsApp or your mobile carrier.

Treatment Consent and Risks

Before any procedure, you will receive detailed information about:

  • The nature and purpose of the proposed treatment
  • Expected benefits and success rates
  • Potential risks, complications, and side effects
  • Alternative treatment options
  • Consequences of declining treatment

You will be asked to provide written informed consent before proceeding with treatment. You have the right to refuse treatment at any time, though this may affect treatment outcomes.

Important Notice:

While we strive for excellent outcomes, dentistry is not an exact science. Results may vary based on individual factors, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Complications, though rare, are possible with any medical procedure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for treatment outcomes that differ from expectations due to individual patient factors, non-compliance with post-treatment instructions, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • We are not responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (emergencies, natural disasters, equipment failure, etc.)
  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question

This limitation does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws or our obligations under professional malpractice standards.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Col Anil's Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Your dental records remain your property, and you have the right to obtain copies upon request.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Non-compliance with treatment plans
  • Violation of these Terms of Service

In the event of termination, we will provide appropriate notice and assistance in transferring your care to another dental provider, except in cases of immediate safety concerns.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint about our services:

  1. Please speak with the dentist or office manager first to resolve the issue informally
  2. If unresolved, submit a written complaint to our clinic director
  3. We will investigate and respond within 15 business days
  4. If still unresolved, you may seek mediation or arbitration as permitted by law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or via email. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.
